Dr. Marshall H. Kaplan is a renowned aerospace engineer, consultant, and expert witness with over 30 years of experience in patent evaluations, aerospace investigations, and contract disputes. He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford, has served as a tenured professor at Penn State, and was a senior advisor to NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense.
